Questions about our practice:

Do you take insurance?

- We are only contracted with Tri-Care, and WA Labor and Industries. These are the only insurance companies Neurotherapy Northwest will bill directly. 

- We are considered out of network with all other insurance companies and we will provide a statement that can be used to bill insurance. Our statement will contain all the required information necessary to subit to your insurance company for reimbursement. It will be the responsibility of each person to verify insurance coverage if planning to bill and request reimbursement from your insurance company.

What are your fees?

- We require payment in full at time of service (TOS) unless other arrangements have been previously made. Our fee schedule is provided at your first visit or by calling our office.
