Sarah completed a Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology as well as a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Argosy University in Phoenix Arizona. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington. Sarah’s experience in Sport Psychology includes work with a women’s junior college soccer team as a well as a junior college men’s and women’s track and field team. She provided individual and team consultation on a variety of mental skills including goal setting, concentration, team building, and finding and maintaining a zone of optimal functioning. Sarah’s experience in professional counseling includes work in both inpatient and outpatient substance abuse counseling. Sarah also has experience in general mental health counseling and psycho-social rehabilitation. Sarah has worked with children, teenagers and adults providing individual, group and family counseling.
